How it works

From the roof measured from above to a signed proposal.

Your measurements become material quantities, the quantities become a price by Tommy’s own pricing model, and you read it in a written proposal.

01 Your home

It starts with your address.

The address is looked up on a map, and a picture of the home from above is kept with the request.

New Castle County’s public records about the building are read when the request is opened in the office. They are not kept.

Why it is kept To answer the request, measure the work and prepare a Proposal.

02 Measured

Measured from above, without a site visit.

Tommy measures eave lengths, ridge lengths, hips and square footage from aerial data, without needing a site visit.

A square, the roofer’s unit, is 100 square feet of roof.
